Come away with us to Portugal! Redisover your wild side, the freedom, and lightness of being. Together we will surrender to the origins of nature for 6 days. The salty ocean breeze will tousle our hair, and the sun will warm our skin. In the space between you may connect to yourself and others, enjoy every moment on and off your yoga mat. We will journey through the elements of life at this magical place at the atlantic coast: fire, water, earth, and air... exploring the elements using all of our senses during our daily practice. Finding balance and connection we will awaken our original essence. Soft front- strong back, and wild at heart.

Villa Epicurea is located in the evergreen landscape of the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park in Portugal, about 40km south of Lisbon. The villa is surrounded by wild and unspoilt nature, always with ocean at view. Sustainability, comfort and design are combined here.

Villa Epicurea invites you to pause, to reconnect and is an inspiring place to harmonize body, mind and soul. If you want to cool down a bit, you can dive into the pool and enjoy the sunsets over the sea from the terrace. In about 3km distance you reach the next enchanting beach and you can take a dip into the waves of the Atlantic and feel the sand between your toes.
